We use contact details to respond to enquiries and provide services. Client financial data is used only to perform the work we are engaged for. We do not sell personal information.
Where data is stored and processed
Client work is performed by our team in India, mainly inside clients’ own cloud accounting systems. By engaging us, clients acknowledge that their information may be accessed from outside Canada, protected by the safeguards described below and in our service agreement.
How we protect it
Confidentiality agreements, multi-factor authentication, role-based access, and limits on downloading or storing client files outside approved systems.
